Our
top-speed laser system for high-speed laser marking, available as a
stand-alone or a fully integrated solution.
Unlike
conventional flatbed lasers, Trotec's laser marking system
Speed Marker is built with industrial-grade laser technology -
offering the fastest possible laser marking speeds available. The
SpeedMarker can be integrated in existing production lines,or used as
a stand-alone solution. It disposes of a barcode and data-matrix
generator and can import 12 different file formats. Furthermore, it
is possible to mark expiry dates, serial numbers, shift-codes or the
like in a fully automated way - not a single line of new source code
is needed! Equipped with adequate laser power, the Speed Marker is
also a most economical solution for cutting applications (e.g.:
cutting paper or foils - also on-the-fly).
With our Speed Marker, you'll get

With the visual representation of the
laser beam, our Speed Marker ensures that each laser job is accurately
positioned prior to starting, and clearly identifies the starting
point for laser marking. This is especially useful during set up with
items that are irregular in shape, or require precise positioning
Lenses
Depending on the size of the laser
marking area, various high-resolution lenses are available from 2.8 x
2.8 in. (70 x 70 mm) up to 33 x33 in. (850 x 850 cm). 3-axis
lens-systems are available with working areas up to 59 x 59 in. (1,5m
x 1,5m)
Win Laser
Graphic Software
Offering a built-in software module for
graphic layouts, Win Laser is Windows-based and compatible with WIN XP
or WIN 2000 - offering simple operation and seamless graphic import
from 12 different file formats (bitmap and vector-formats).
Built-in barcode and data-matrix generator, easy communication with
the "outer world" (e.g. trigger signals, PLCs, ...), serial
number - function, easy definition of shift codes, expiry dates or
similar

On The Fly"-Module
The SpeedMarker supports on-the-fly
laser marking during material movement, so the object does not need
to stop during the laser marking process
