Laser Machine With
the entry model FC 100 Trotec has developed the worlds first
series-produced flatbed laser system with cw - fiber laser source. In
this inspired combination the Fine Marker 100 unites the advantages of
both technologies
The
FC
100
from Trotec combines fiber laser technology with the reliable Trotec
flatbed concept. In contrast to the standard laser, the FC 100
offers a large working area on which either a few large or several
small work pieces can be processed in one marking procedure.
Equipped
with a cw - fiber laser source, the FC 100 is ideally set
for annealing and the marking of coated metals. The renowned
Trotec flatbed system offers maximum flexibility and top quality on a
large working area of 610 mm x 305 mm. Thanks to the flying optic
system of the flatbed laser, the FC 100 achieves excellent
marking results over the whole working area. The short focal length
makes possible a very small spot of only 25 µm diameter.
The
FC 100 stands
for an extremely long lifespan - without any maintenance. The pumping
diodes are a fail-proof component that does not require changing. The Trotec
laser disposes of a closed system and is therefore
categorized in laser safety class 2. Like all
Trotec flatbed systems, the FC 100 is controlled using Trotec
software Job Control. With the open software architecture, work can be
carried out in all Windows-based programmes. Layouts are sent to the
laser system via a printer driver. Job Control is
especially user-friendly and intuitive. It offers a large number of
very useful and clever features to make operation of the machine
unbelievably easy for the user. Typical
applications that are carried out with the FC 100 include
applications in the tool making industry, medical technology and
advertising industry. From UID codes, data matrices or bar codes to
inscriptions on ball point pens and key holders the FC 100
